Dustin Davis is the Director of the Veteran Business Outreach Center serving Nebraska                                                                                              and Iowa. A U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and business owner, Dustin brings more than                                                                                       20 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, and entrepreneurship.

He lives in Blair, Nebraska with his wife and their two young sons. Dustin enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, hunting, fishing, butchering, and storytelling. Giving back to the veteran community is central to his life’s work. He is the Founder and President of Out Beside You, a veteran nonprofit that provides guided outdoor adventures for service members, veterans, and their families.

Dustin studied engineering at the University of Nebraska Omaha and is a U.S. Marine Corps Curriculum Developer and Master Instructor.

Business Advisor

Robert Kolley is currently a Business Advisor at the Veterans Business Outreach Center – Nebraska and Iowa, where he guides veteran entrepreneurs in business planning and growth. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he brings expertise in leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency, along with over five years of banking experience.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also the General Manager of the Omaha Stockmen, a semi-professional football team, where he has been involved for the past three years and helps coach the defensive line. He also serves on the board of YNPN (Young Nonprofit Professionals Network).

Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
